How do I create an account?

If you are an official dealer, you can contact our sales team to open up your account. If you are a farmer, please contact your usual dealer.

We do not work with farmers directly.

I already have a customer’s account; how can I log in?

When you registered to become a customer, you should have received an email to create your Breizelec account.

• If you never created your Breizelec account and can no longer access your registration email; please contact a member of our sales team.

• If you have already set up your account but have forgotten your password please visit our log-in page and select 'Lost password?' then you can enter the email address registered and you’ll receive a new email to reset your password.

How can I send a part for repair?

First, type in your part number in our search bar. You can, if we do offer a repair service on this part, click on the 🛒 icon. Then, fill in our repair request form. Please make sure to print it. You will need to join it to your part in its parcel.

How can I order a reman or a loan?

First, type in your part number in our search bar. You can, if we do offer a reman service on this part, click on the 🛒 icon. Then, fill in our reman order form. We will receive your order directly and send you your part as soon as possible.

How do I return my core or loan?

1. Fill in the red sheet you have received with your reman or loan. Please make sure to tick the “it’s the Breizelec core return” box or the “it’s the Breizelec loan return” box depending on what you are sending back

2. Place the red sheet IN the parcel with your part

3. Organize your parcel’s collection using our transporters

What is your warranty policy?

All parts have a 24-month warranty period. Contact our sales team to get a return form (a return form is mandatory for every warranty claim) they will then arrange the return carriage and help with any queries you may have.

a) If the fault is certified by our technicians, we will cover the new repair and transportation’s cost.

b) If the fault is not certified by our technicians and your part is declared operational, we will charge a “no-fault-found “ fee of 146€/131.40£.

Please note fault caused by improper use, physical damage or tampering by third persons (ex: corrosion, overvoltage etc..) are all not covered under warranty clause. If we are able to fix the damaged caused; you will be charged another repair fee.
